PURCHASING POLICIES:

TERMS:
FOB Tacoma, Washington. All orders will be subject to credit card charges at the time of order placement unless open account status has been granted. Net 30 days on open account. $100.00 (net) minimum dealer order. Overdue balances will bear 1.5% per month interest charge. Accounts past 30 days will be considered delinquent; no orders will be shipped until account is again current. Poor payment history or insufficient credit information may necessitate prepay shipment. Credit applications are available for those applying for open account status. All items subject to price change or withdrawal without notice. Prices are US $. On custom items, quantity shipped may vary by plus or minus 10%.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges are calculated individually for each order and added to the invoice. UPS, Parcel Post, Common Carrier and Air Freight are available. In most cases, freight will be prepaid with charges added to invoice. LTL shipments are sent Freight Collect. Please specify by which means order is to be shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES:
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All claims for loss or damage on prepaid freight shipments will be handled through JL Darling, LLC. All claims on freight collect shipments will be handled by the customer directly with the freight company.

WARRANTY RETURNS:
All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you have a defective product, please contact customer service for return instructions.

RETURNED GOODS:
Merchandise cannot be accepted for return unless specific authorization for such return has been given in advance by dealer services. No returns are authorized past 90 days from date of invoice. A restocking fee of 15% of the product's original cost will be assessed. Items must be returned in "as new" condition. No returns can be accepted on custom printed or imprinted items. To request a return authorization, please contact customer service.

DISCOUNTS:
Dealer discounts are determined by annual sales volume. New dealer's discounts will be computed upon acceptance as a dealer. No discounts on orders below $100.00.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We attempt to ship orders within 72 hours although most ship faster than that. Shipping and order entry are closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on those days will be entered on the following business day. You will be notified as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is out of stock and/or is unavailable. If you need your order expedited for arrival by a specific date, please specify the date in the "Comments" box and we can recommend an expedited method if required.

PRIVACY POLICIES:

The JL Darling, LLC seeks to protect your private information so that you have a good viewing experience on our web site. We will not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personally identifiable information to anyone. Please return to this page from time to time, as we will be updating this statement as our services continue to grow. We welcome and encourage questions, comments, and suggestions. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION:
Personally identifiable information is your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card information. The JL Darling, LLC collects this information only when you, the customer, submits an order to us through our encrypted Secure Socket Layer protocol order form. The order form, with your personal information is sent to our secure server where it is retrieved by our order entry staff and entered as an order into our in-house computers for processing. The order information is then deleted off the server. The JL Daring, LLC does not keep this information anywhere but in our physical office location. This information is used only to process your order.

COOKIES:
A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies store information about your use of a particular web site or service and are typically used to make services more convenient and personalized. Most cookies are "session cookies", which are automatically deleted whenever you leave a Web site, although some cookies remain on your computer until your remove them. The JL Darling, LLC uses cookies to (1) estimate the number of visitors to our web site, and (2) to measure general traffic patterns. Cookies allow us to determine which pages of our web site are visited, what is downloaded, and the country that our customers come from. However, none of this is associated with you as an individual. It is measured only in aggregate. Cookies do not capture your individual e-mail address or any private information about you. Your browser controls how cookies are used and can be set to not allow them.

E-MAIL & MAILING LISTS:
When you send us an e-mail, we use your e-mail address to thank you for your comment and/or reply to your question, and we will store your communication and our reply in case we correspond further. We will not share, sell, rent or lease your e-mail address to any third party for any use whatsoever. The JL Darling, LLC does not compile e-mail mailing lists to sell to third parties.

SECURITY:
The security of your personal information is very important to us and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. The JL Darling, LLC uses firewalls and has security measures in place at it's physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our Web site.
